Practice Administrator (2/15/18)

Our client, a prestigious health system in the Maryland-DC area is currently looking to employ an experienced
Practice Administrator to oversee their Internal Medicine practice in Baltimore.

 The Practice Administrator will be responsible for the daily operations of the center, to include:

  • Overseeing the budget and assuring profitability of the center
  • Staffing, supervision, evaluation and discipline of staff.
  • Work closely with providers and staff to assure optimal patient care
  • Create a positive work environment and enhance provider and staff morale.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the local community served by the health center.


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Four+years' experience in a healthcare, preferably practice management
  • Must demonstrate a record of increasing job responsibility linked to accomplishments in health care management.

Clinical Floor Manager (1/29/18)

Practice - Calvert Internal Medicine Group


Location - Prince Frederick, Maryland


Primary Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and direct the delivery of clinical services at our Prince Frederick multi-specialty clinic;

Assure that patient, provider and staff needs are proactively anticipated, adequately planned for and appropriately met on a daily basis;

Create a clinical workplace which encourages and facilitates employee engagement and emphasizes excellent customer service;

Evaluate work flows to assure efficient and reliable best practices and outcomes;

Facilitate a positive and collaborative work environment;

Assure that providers and staff are operating at their highest level of certification;

Oversee the hiring, on-boarding and training of new clinical staff and the re-training and education of existing staff;

Establish annual clinical goals consistent with corporate initiatives;

Take the lead in the development and implementation of new programs;

Resolve issues impacting the delivery of patient services;

Consistently solicit provider and staff feedback identifying areas requiring process improvement and change;

Play a leading role in the roll-out of a new EHR (fall 2018);

Oversee clinical staff development and performance improvement initiatives.


Position Requirements

RN/LPN preferred.

Prior supervisory outpatient clinic experience required;

History of proven leadership and team building accomplishments;

Proficiency with electronic medical records;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to receive and act upon constructive criticism;

Must be detail-oriented, analytically focused and display a high level of confidence;  

Must have organizational agility.

Medical Biller (1/29/18)

Medical billing firm is seeking an experienced Medical Biller. This is full time position. Pay scale will be decided based on experience and interview review.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Post patient demos and charges in billing system
Post payments (paper EOBs and ERAs) in billing system
Follow up with insurance companies and patients on unpaid/denied claims/accounts
Work aging reports and collection reports
Answer patient phone calls
Run, print and mail patient statements and insurance claims
Perform miscellaneous tasks like scanning, copying and faxing.

Medical Terminology
Microsoft Office
Data Entry
ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS coding
Working with insurance companies
Answering phones
Ability to read and write at a level generally acquired through a high school diploma or
GED equivalent
Ability to operate standard office equipment such as printers, fax machines, copiers, and
Experience of Medics Premier and CollaborateMD is plus point.
