PROGRAM DETAILS

All of us have had to deal with an upset patient in one way or another. Disruptive patients can be difficult with which to deal. The goal of this webinar is to provide understanding as to why patients can get upset, provide strategies to deal with the disruptive patient, provide safety considerations for other patients and staff. Even after a confrontation there are important considerations management staff must make regarding continued care for the disruptive patient, staff who was affected, and potential legal issues. After this informative webinar we hope that you have a fresh outlook on the disruptive patient and increased awareness of the safety of both your staff and patients.
