2018 Maryland MGMA Annual State Conference

The 2018 State Conference will take place October 11 and 12, 2018 at the brand new Maryland Live! Casino Hotel located at 7002 Arundel Mills Blvd in Hanover, Maryland. The property is set to open in May 2018.  The conference will feature a full-day of education, networking, and exhibits on Thursday, October 11 followed by a cocktail reception. There will be a half-day of education and exhibits on Friday, October 12.

DUE DATES

  • Exhibit booths and sponsor options below are all first come first serve.  Please do not delay in reserving your booth.  
  • July 16, 2018 - Payment, company description, and/or program advertisement. 
  • September 20, 2018 - Final list of company representative(s) to be in attendance.

  • Exhibit Booth - Premium: $1,500   (SOLD OUT)
    Includes Standard exhibit booth benefits listed below with registration/meals for two [2] company representatives instead of one, plus the following: half-page ad in the conference program guide and one time use of our mailing list for pre-conference promotion. 

  • Exhibit Booth - Standard: $1,300   (SOLD OUT)
    The standard space is 8’ x 10’[pipe and drape] with a six foot table, one chair, electrical outlet, internet connection, meals for one [1] company representative, company description in the conference guide (up to 50 words), company name on web site and a post-conference attendee list in electronic format.

  • Extra Exhibit Representative: $150

  • Keynote Sponsor: $3,000   SOLD OUT
    The keynote sponsorship includes a five-minute presentation by a company rep in main session prior to keynote speaker, full-page ad in conference program guide, and registration for two [2] company representatives.
  • Reception Sponsor (4 available): $2,500  SOLD OUT
    Sponsorship includes signage at Thursday evening reception, two full conference registrations, a full page ad in the conference program, and one-time use of the pre-conference mailing list.
  • General Session Sponsor (2 available): $2,000 
    The General Session sponsorship includes a five-minute presentation by a company rep in main session prior to general session speaker, full-page ad in conference program guide, and registration for two [2] company representatives.
  • Conference Wine Glass Sponsor: $1,500  SOLD OUT
    Sponsorship includes company logo in the printable area of the wine glass provided to conference attendees at the reception, full page ad in the conference program guide, and registration for one representative.  This is included in the Diamond sponsor package, but may be available a la cart if no Diamond Sponsor is secured.
  • Concurrent Session sponsors: $400 
    Sponsorship includes company name listed in agenda and 3 minute presentation to session audience, distribution of marketing material in the concurrent session room.  (Conference registration is separate.)
  • Lanyard sponsor: $1,000    SOLD OUT
    Sponsorship will include Maryland MGMA and company name displayed on lanyards, a half page ad in the conference program, and registration for one representative. This is included in a the Gold Sponsor package, but may be available a la cart if no Gold Sponsor is secured.
  • Breakfast Sponsor: $500.00 (multiple)
    Includes signage at breakfast area and a half-page ad in conference program guide. (Conference registration is separate.)
  • Lunch (Main) Sponsor: $500 (multiple)
    Includes signage at main lunch and a half-page ad in program guide. (Conference registration is separate.)
